Bookings for Houses with 6+ Bedrooms Outperform Houses with 1-5 Bedrooms

Guests are beginning to book again after a steep decline due to COVID-19. While most of the U.S. saw a decline in bookings of 80%-95% over last year in the past months, houses are currently booking at a better rate than condos - particularly houses with 6 or more bedrooms. Between March 31st and April 22nd, 6+ bedroom houses experienced a decrease in bookings averaging 59% over last year, while 2-3 bedroom houses are averaging a decrease of 75% over last year.
