Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.: Avantio, Europe’s leading vacation rental management system, has announced its partnership with Key Data Dashboard (KDD), the vacation rental industry’s leading business intelligence (BI) and data visualization company.
The partnership constitutes a pairing of two preeminent vacation rental management technologies.
Avantio is currently the largest property management system throughout Europe, representing 90% of the industry’s market share on the continent and in the U.K. In recent months, the company has firmly established itself in the U.S. VRMS market.
The partnership with Key Data means Avantio clients will now have access to KDD’s real-time benchmarking tools and electronic data integrations, revealing how each company’s performance compares to that of competitors in their respective local and regional markets. The partnership also offers Avantio clients access to the entire suite of KDD’s state-of-the-art revenue management tools, featuring views of 20-plus KPIs.
