Northwest Wyoming - 2019 Market Overview

Tourists visit Jackson Hole and the rest of Northwest Wyoming for outdoor activities such as hiking, rafting, skiing and snowboarding. Peak occupancy reflects this, with spikes in winter and summer months. In 2019, the average length of stay for vacation rentals was 5 days, just as it was in 2018.

The average renter booked their vacation 85 days out from their stay - an increase of 8 days from 2018. The region’s occupancy rate and average daily rate increased versus last year. As a result, the average rental generated more revenue per available night in 2019 than in 2018, especially in June when Adjusted RevPAR increased by $58.
